"My husband and I came for a week during a slow period between Feb 3-9. Pros The bar staff (especially the girl with long blonde hair) are very kind and welcoming and offered tweaks to their menu to better suit my taste. The rooms and views on the gulf side are exceptional and just enough off the busy side which makes it a bit more peaceful. Cons We left our room open twice for cleaning and well I wasn't impressed, its a hotel on the beach and that comes with sand, our floors were never cleaned and some toiletries weren't replaced. One day I left the robe in for cleaning with the towels and it was never returned. I wish they would of kept the heated pool warmer, we wanted to use it but unfortunately it was pretty darn cold. This all being said, I understand it's off season which means it's cheaper and there are likely less staff. Overall I would reccomend this hotel and would come back in the future. Thank you to the staff who made us feel welcome and took care of us. It was a much needed getaway for my husband and I and we found so much peace listening to the water from our balcony."
"I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I called them desperate to find a replacement for our honeymoon after a nightmare at Springhill Suites in Navarre. The lady was so sweet, listened carefully to what we were looking for and their staff warmly welcomed us within 2 hours of me calling. Upon arriving there were chocolate covered strawberries and champagne in the fridge in our room, along with drink and breakfast vouchers. Everyone was so incredibly nice and the room was spotless. The location is perfect. They truly saved our honeymoon and we are so grateful. Can’t wait to return!"
"I'm struggling to remember any negatives here! Telephone reservation, greeted by a wonderful bellhop, check-in, all were great. Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Details aren't missed here! Gulf view was great. Beach walking was easily accessed from the lobby. Convenient parking garage, is the base of hotel. Plenty to do in walking distance of hotel, and driving a little further out was easy too. Highly recommend a stay here!"
"We stayed at the end of December and got to experience this beautiful place without the crush of summer crowds. We booked a gulf front king executive suite- the wraparound porch and the stunning views made for a picturesque start to the day. The rooms are spacious, the beds are luxurious, and the elevators are incredibly fast. The bathrooms are oversized and ours included a soaking tub- perfect to warm up after a brisk walk on the beach (but also included a shower head to help parents who might need to rinse off sandy kiddos). They even had a hot cocoa bar in the lobby during the afternoon! Treat yourself to this decadent stay- you won't be disappointed!"
"Hard to beat this beach-front hotel, especially in November. The newly renovated hotel has a bright, coastal vibe. My room was spacious and clean. I sat on the beach-facing balcony each morning with my coffee. The shower was huge and the king bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The parking deck was super easy. I was glad we got to stay here for a little dose of the beach on a work trip. I hope we get to stay again."
