"I just paid a deposit for an apt here and I could not have had a better experience. I was worried when I read the reviews but I dealt with Lisa and Gina and both of them could not have been nicer. Lisa took her time n showed me around on the cart n I absolutely loved the grounds and the apt!!!! I found her to be very personable n relatable!!! I look forward to many good years here!!!"
"I called last week to inquire about getting my mom a apartment. Spoke to a woman named Lisa. She was rude and sounded like a smoker. I got the impression she was mad that I called at all. Needless to say my mom will not be living there!"

The woman Lisa who sounds like she has been working there for a long time was just the rudest person you can imagine for the job of trying to take business on for forest oaks. Terrible representation for the company and I will make it my mission to guide families to homes that will have employees who are warm and welcoming, as well as devoted to those who are not yet residents. Unbelievable"
