"Our cat D’Argo is Diabetic and not comfortable with strangers. Kitty City took excellent care of him while we were on vacation. They gave him love and care and made sure his medical needs were taken care of. We were also able to check in on our cat via their FB account and we were emailed updates. Because we were out of the country, Kitty City called our vet when there was an issue to find out best how to handle his situation. They were responsive and gave us an update on the vet and on D’Argos well being. Truly appreciate how much Kitty City loves their fur babies and the care they give them. Highly recommend to everyone for future cat sitting and will use them again for sure!"

"Kitty City is fantastic! We had to board our three cats for a week while renovations were done on our home. The entire place is very clean and odor free. Each cage has a litter pan that is cleaned as soon s the cat uses it. Each cage also has a kitty tent type bed and a clean filled water dish and a food dish. Our cats all have special dietary needs so I provided the food and a set of directions for feeding times and food quantities. Feeding instructions were followed to the letter. We came to visit our babies twice during the week. Both times our cats were out of their cages and exploring the large kitty condos. Only cats belonging to the same family are allowed out at the same time. All the cats we saw at Kitty City were calm and happy. Everyone on the staff is a cat lover. They pet and cuddle the cats and know every cat's funny traits, petting preferences and likes and dislikes. During the stay we received photos of our cats enjoying themselves as they roamed around during their "out time". All cats boarded there have their eating and litter pan output charted just like a healthcare facility. We will definitely board out cats at Kitty City again when the need arises!"

"Love using kitty city - we have boarded our cat there multiple times. The workers are warm and welcoming, and certainly seem to enjoy giving the boarders lots of quality attention. I highly recommend this establishment. When you drop off/pick up your cat, the other kitties that are boarded there will seem just as happy and gorgeous as your own cat!"

"I used their service three times in 2015, and in all cases my cat was returned in good health and good spirits. Upon visiting the facility I noticed it was clean, organized and very safe and secure. The staff were open, friendly and well educated. During my cat's stay I received progress reports with pictures over e-mail at least every three days. In one instance they e-mailed me over a concern about her waste habits. We discovered she has a strong preference toward a certain kind of litter, and they replaced hers with it at no extra charge to me. They understand that all cats are different and do their best to accommodate each case. As for price, I believe I got my money's worth all considered. I have only minor criticisms based on my personal preferences: From the outside the office looks small and sandwiched between other businesses; it doesn't do justice to the inside. Though all the cats get adequate attention, I'd like to see them expand the office size and staff so that they can have even more attention. Overall I'm pleased with their service and plan to continue using it in the future."

"I have owned cats for over 30 years and have done much traveling and locating in this time. Kitty City is by far the best boarding facility I have encountered. I have always found the facility to be clean, warm and welcoming. For example - I just dropped my cat off last week and walked in to find the staff diligently cleaning the spacious cat "condos". The owner, Cindy, not only runs a tight ship but is a Cat Lover. She keeps methodical records of the cats health history, vaccinations and dietary preferences, which she confirms every time my cat boards. I know she will always contact me - wherever I am in the world - if she has concerns. A daily diary is kept with comments written in each individual staff members own handwriting and when I was away for a particularly long period they sent me photos of my cat enjoying her stay. I honestly have no complaints and judging by how my cat behaves after a stay at Kitty City, neither does she."
