"Great place to live in very quiet and safe but needs a little bit of work like the laundry room and decent the owners are very decent and nice and understanding the lake is amazing I love seeing the beautiful sunsets and sunrises in the morning but need to work on a few things like feeling in the potholes and the laundry room but other than that it's a great place and I think Brent is a little overpriced for the rentals but a wonderful place to live and very quiet and people stay out of your business most of the time"

"Moved here in March and have loved living here since then. Sadly have to leave but appreciate my time here. Suzie and her Family are great people and the place is fairly priced for RV Lots and the view of the lake is wonderful and so are the neighbors."

"Susie in the office is wonderful. The maintenance guys are helpful. The phone and email are answered promptly. Location out of flood zone. I am very pleased."

"I've lived here for a year. The new owners are decent and hard working. The park is kept clean. The laundry room is bright and the machines are cheap. I feel safe if I walk my dog through the park at 3am. It's extremely quiet. A nice boat ramp and pavilion. Everyone looks out for each other but still minds their own business. It's a true piece off old Florida. It's cabins and campers grouped under trees and along the shore. Most are permanent residents so we are invested in keeping it unspoiled. Well trained Large dogs are allowed. And lake Rousseau have summer of the best bass fishing in the world."

"I have never lived there but I have family that do. My mom and step dad live at little buddies across the street and I believe it's owned by the same person. The lots are really affordable and there is a washroom with shower and laundry room that is available to everyone that lives there. I was recently out of water at my house and the owner let me and my sister use the facilities whenever they were available for showering and laundry. They do have kind of limited hours for use but I believe they are fair. The owner really likes to keep things fair for everyone. The rest of the tenants are pretty nice and quite for the most part. Also the lake is really nice, the gators not so much. But they don't really bother anyone. My step dad gave them names and talks to them, it's weird. The loudest tenant I believe would also be my step dad across at little buddies lakeside, blasting country music from his truck outside. But all in all I think it's a really nice place. I always feel very at home and very welcome around there."
