"I bought work boots from Peltz Shoes. However, after a few my steel toe started to separate from the shoe and push onto my toes. I called Peltz Shoes to see about exchanging them for a new pair under the warranty. I spoke with Katie who was extremely considerate to my irritation and was happy to help me. When I got to Peltz Shoes to exchange the shoes I was helped by Stephanie at the front counter. To my surprise Katie had my shoes already at the counter waiting for me.
