"Just purchased a pair of shoes. Customer service was the absolute worst! Two employees doing nothing. We were the only customers in the store. Asked for help and was told she was too new to help."

"Well is it closing of other retail stores from Kmart to who knows what else it's hard to find shoes. I bought two pairs off of Amazon and actually they don't fit right. So I return them. I just have to be driving by downtown Bradenton and saw the Shoe Carnival so I went in. And I'm glad I did I walked out with a nice pair of fitting deck shoes. Very nice. Prices about the same as you can get on the internet. I do plan to go back because shoes, or one of the few things you need to try on. I had no idea this huge store was in downtown Bradenton. The staff is also friendly and showed me what to look for and where to find them."

"This was my first time going to a Shoe Carnival in general and it was pleasant! They had everything in stock that I wanted, the store was clean and they had a wheel to spin and whatever it landed on was how much money you would save on your purchase, very cool! Also, John’s service was impeccable! He assisted me with an item and was very nice, professional and attentive. I don’t know if he’s the manager there but if not, he definitely needs to be! Very kind person."
