"I hate to say this, but after visiting this store twice in one week- customer service has gone down a bunch. I tried on clothes in the dressing room with no one checking in on me, I went to the register to ask if they would hold the items(over 20 items) I wanted and they gave me a face of not just surprise, but totally ungrateful for being in their store, and they checked me out without a conversation of gratitude. I went on a second day because I had to return one shirt that didn’t fit my husband. The employee’s response to me was, “We don’t carry this shirt.” I responded, “I was here just 2 days ago” and it was the same employee working from 2 days ago. Management, I know it has been hard to hire employees, but employees have become so rude. I almost didn’t want to make my purchase, but at the same time- I’m on a vacation and do not have a store closer to me/ am kid free to shop at your store whenever I want. Shopping in your store is a luxury, please encourage your employees to engage with every individual that walks in your store and be helpful."
"This company thinks it's acceptable to sue a small business owner claiming intellectual property theft over a fabric design which was purchased at Michaels and was in no way designed by the small business owner. Michaels is who their beef should have been with. Absolutely shameful. The 2 whale design looks nothing alike either."
"We stopped by today just browsing. We are local and have heard great things about it, nice clothes and nice place but the staff acted as if we weren't even there. No welcome and not a word even when we walked two feet from them. One was sitting picking her hair and the other was standing talking to her."
"Before coming here I read the reviews about the selection and I was skeptical. LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS GREAT! The employees were all very helpful and friendly. The selection was far better than any of the other 5 stores I've been to in Texas (my home state). They had a huge women's section and I was very impressed! They even gave me a ton of stickers which I liked! I would definitely give this location a shot if you are in the area."
