"If I could rate my experience zero stars I would. I visited and immediately knew that my experience at this particular store would not positive. As soon as I entered the store, all I heard was silence. No “How Can I help you?”, “Welcome in?”, or “How are y’all?” was said. I was met with a cold judgmental stare from one of the ladies working the floor, this judgmental stare from her would continue for my whole shopping experience. I felt disappointed and disrespected as Lilly Pulitzer is my favorite brand and I have only had great experiences with the brand. The same lady was staring at me when I exited the dressing room and only spoke when I decided to put the clothing back, it appeared to be because she didn’t want me touching the clothing. I was only talked to when I decided to purchase my item, only to change my mind. Because of my decision to no longer purchase the item I had been interested in, there seemed to be silent judgment passed by both clerks who were working. I was not the only person who noticed this distasteful experience as I visited with my mother and sister who also saw the lack of politeness. 0/10. Lilly Pulitzer is a happy, positive brand where customer service is always great and the people are friendly. Sadly during this time around this was not the case."

"My sister and I were excited to visit this store, we try to visit one every trip we go on. However, at this specific store, there was absolutely no kindness, customer service, welcoming atmosphere, or any care. The only associate that spoke to us was the older lady who was headed out. After she left the other two associates didn’t speak to us, didn’t ask if we needed help, and just watched us walk around. Never once did they give us assistance, and again they never spoke to us until my sister walked to the register to buy a shirt, in which she decided not to buy because of the ugliness and lack of customer service. One other lady came in while we were looking around and they said hello to her, but nothing else. I’ve never been in a Lilly store this quiet or cold."

"I love Lilly, always will. But I wish I had read the other reviews! This was the rudest customer service I have ever - ever - experienced! This is not Lilly standard. They gave me looks when I walked in, like I was out of place. The cashier asked me to spell my name and I did...four times later I ended up showing her my ID because she got it wrong every time she repeated it back to me (and it's not a difficult name to spell). She said I would get points on my account (I have not). I'm kicking myself for going through with the purchase there. Just shop online. However, the people at Tommy Bahama and Altar'd State just down the road were as nice as can be!"

"Buy online, do not shop here! The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful! I came in ready to buy from out of town and was ignored and given dirty looks! I’m literally a retail consultant for a living who helps hire train, staff and start retail companies, And I would fire every single women I interacted with today in that store! Actually I wouldn’t have hired such rude people to begin with, so corporate needs to take a serious look at the leadership of this store! Like 4 others shoppers with me were complaining as well at how terrible the staff was! They also stood at the cash wrap loudly gossiping about their coworkers so obviously the store does not have or focus on healthy culture!"

"I wanted to sent a warm heart filled gratitude post for this Lilly location. Everyone was so kind and nice! We recently lost our home in the Colorado wild fires, and about 8 years of Lilly dresses that I had been dressing my daughter in since she was born. The ladies we met were so incredibly kind with my now 7 year old, who got to go shopping to replace many of her lost outfits. Genuine kindness from every single person. It is because of individuals and businesses like this that we are able to pick up the pieces and rebuild. We are forever grateful for your kindness and awesome lilly patterns. I also love that my daughter still loves to dress like me because she loves the bright lilly patterns so much. Thank you so much, from my family to all of yours."
