"AS OF 11/15- I was finally able to get in contact with the beauty manager at the Bal Harbor location. Mr. Martinez was pleasant and acted on my behalf immediately. For his great customer service I am changing my review to three stars. Original: I was unable to pickup my item while on vacation due to it not being ready "next day" as advertised. I have now reached out five times regarding my refund and have not been successful. The run around has been given at every turn, every agent spoken with was less helpful than the last. For a $600 perfume that has never left your store I expected better service from such a large brand store. Pathetic. Your company is now stealing our money at this point."
