"I have shopped here twice while on vacation. I bought a dress that was washed according to the directions on the tag and it shrunk like I have never seen anything shrink. I did not put it in the dryer. I called the store and spoke to Michal and she refunded my money after I sent her some pictures of the ruined dress. This was the only item that I have had an issue with and am only posting about it to show that they have good customer service. All of the other items that I have gotten are great quality."
