"Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was on a girls trip, and we got to our tour agency (next door) early. We were initially so excited to see a cute clothing store right next door since we had wanted to buy bikinis and sun hats to go to the beach. We were looking through the clothing and shoes, when a sales associate came up to us and yelled at us to leave the store if we were just waiting for our tour and weren't planning on buying anything. So unbelievably rude. We weren't there for only a few minutes, weren't being loud or disruptive, and were actually considering buying several things, but they lost our business. And from reading other reviews, it doesn't seem like we were alone in noticing how poor their customer service is. No wonder the store was empty besides us!"

"The cashier on June 8th seem to have an attitude. Not friendly at all, didn't say hi or seemed to have any Customer Service whatsoever. My sister was buying something and the cashier knew we were checking out and just continued to fold clothes at the register. Horrible Customer Service."

"The store receipt says only exchange or store credit within 14 days (see picture attached) I went to return something within the 14 days period and I couldn't find anything to exchange it with so I asked for store credit but the cashier (guy) and the store manager (woman) they were so rude and treated me very bad and said the store policy is only exchange and they don't do store credit even though it's printed on the receipt!!! I called the police for them because it wasn't about the money it was about the way I was treated and the principal of them not ownering their own store policy!!! This will be escalated to the business bureau."

"Went into this store on a Friday. Saw some nice things and decided to run an errand. I asked the employee about the closing time and she told me 10 oclock. I came back at 9 p.m the doors were locked. I tapped on the door. Same employee looked at me unapologetically and mouthed they were closed. The door says open until 10 and so does google. So what is the truth? I had a deadline and really needed a nice dress. Based off of this, I won't be visiting this establishment again."
