"Have not received my items (that were ordered a month ago). I sent an email and tried calling the company but have been unable to reach anyone."

"Show your support for public services like Law enforcement and fire department with a shirt from them. Shirt feels comfortable and runs in the proper sizes. Company is local to Miami (Hialeah) and you can order a custom shirt for your department (Fire or Police) but they do release some shirts of their own. Known for their collection of H.M.F.I.C and H.B.I.C. Lacking new content to keep brand alive. Wish there was more local content that’s not custom ordered."

"Well it seems I donated $50 to this company. I bought a product from them via Amazon. After the worst customer service or lack there of I requested to cancel the order after it didnt ship for over a week. A week later they shipped it then responded it couldn't be canceled but I could return it. Unfortunately I believed them and they accepted my return requested, gave me a packing slip with an address and tracking number and all I had to do was pay return shipping. I watched the tracking and they recieved the package and weeks past and no refund. Well I'm still waiting, sent several emails to which I have one recieved 1 response which asked if I shipped it yet. Seriously they recieved it over a month ago, their tracking number shows it and they haven't responded yet. I wasn't going to leave a review but this isn't right."

"Not sure what other options there are. I've tried emailing three separate occasions. Calling on multiple, but no one answers. I ordered a Wonder woman's t-shirt for my wife, size large at police week. You were out of stock and told me once inventory was back up I would be notified and sent a shirt. I paid $20 for the t-shirt. I've received nothing. I feel completely ripped off. Please provide some answers..."

"I can't rave enough about the exceptional customer service I got from Maiden! My original order was too small - within minutes of emailing, I had a return label. They were also quick to send my replacement item. That, to no fault of their own, got lost in the mail. After waiting 3 weeks with no updates on the tracking, the post office said to ask them to send another one to me. In less than 5 business days it was at my door, no questions asked. I feel like we're always quick to complain when things go wrong, so I wanted to make sure to give these guys a shout out at a job well done over the past 6 weeks! Oh, & the shirt itself is pretty cool, too!"
