"Ordered my wife some yoga pants (she usually likes them even though they're overpriced). When she tried to return them, unopened, to the store, they told her they need a barcode from the order. The email confirmations of the order, the notice it had shipped and the notice it had been delivered all contained the order number but no bar code. Unbelievable they cannot identify the order from their order number and thus refuse to give a refund. Horrible system."
