"I had a terrible experience with Belk's recently. I found an item on their website that was listed as available for pick up in-store. Excited about my purchase, I received an email stating that they were preparing my order and would notify me when it was ready for pickup. However, just an hour later, I received another email stating that the item was no longer available at the store. Naturally, I was frustrated by this sudden change, so I decided to go to the store to get a refund on my debit card. To my surprise, I found the item I had purchased available on the shelves. I approached the manager and requested that they adjust the order and give me the item I had paid for. However, I was informed that the manager had canceled the order because she couldn't find the item in the store. To add insult to injury, the manager told me to wait a couple of days to receive my refund on my card. She even suggested that I could swipe my card again and purchase the item if I found it in the store. This kind of business practice is completely unacceptable. I had already paid for the item, it was in the store, and yet they expected me to wait for my refund? Belk's should not handle business in such a careless and unprofessional manner. It is incredibly frustrating to be treated this way as a customer. I expected better from a reputable store like Belk's."

"Nice store but I think the selections at the Orange Park Mall store are better, we just happened to be on the other side of town that day. Still, I was able to find what I was looking for on this visit. The biggest problem I had was that the AC was either broken or just off in half of the store. The fitting rooms on that side of the store were like a sauna. No signs posted apologizing for the conditions. The one associate I saw in the area was too busy rearranging some displays to even acknowledge customers or the AC issue."
