"The selection is good and nice staff, but they are insanely pushy like car salesmen. We felt very uncomfortable being asked over and over and over again how we were doing every minute by numerous sales people. Also wasn't allowed to return something I bought there that was unworn, so had to throw it out. The clothes are pretty comfortable and they have decent sales."

"So, I am not fancy, and I realize I don't necessarily fit in, but when I went to the store, I found a jacket on clearance, and I went up to the cashier and politely asked what's the lowest they would sell the Jacket for. She scoffed and said "The price on the tag" and followed it up with "this isn't a negotiation boo, this is Italian leather, we aren't going to discount it". Which would have been well and good but I mean, it WAS discounted once, I figured what's the harm in asking. She actually seemed offended and her attitude kind of caught me off guard. She probably had a rough day, it being the day after black Friday, but just because I have a rough day and take it out on someone doesn't make it any less wrong. Y'all lost a customer, but I realize my $100 probably doesn't affect your bottom line, just wish you treated people with some courtesy, that stuff is free."

"My wife wanted a small size low rise jean. First of all their fitting room is closed. Than the sells lady doesn’t seem to be to excited for selling $120 Jean. She wasnt too helpful In turn in helping my wife’s needs. So we thought about buying the Jean and try it on in the car and come back to exchange if it doesn’t fit. It didn’t fit. We went back to ask for a different one that will fit. But they didn’t have it. Through out the whole experience, we felt that she appeared to us that she doesn’t care. The lady in the back who seem to have more experience but didn’t come forward to help. So we returned it and get our refund back. This is the first my wife interested in trying a lucky jean. But not a good experience."
