"It's a good thing here is that there is quite a lot of inventory. The bad thing is that it's very difficult to sort through it if you are not quite strong. The stuff is so crammed in some places that I literally could not pull something out or put it back. I had to give up. Not every rack is like that, but quite a few are. The prices are a bit more reasonable here than other Plato's closets I've been to in other cities. We were having work done on our car at the Nissan dealership and appreciated being able to walk over here and browse for a good hour. "I am normally a fan of Plato’s Closet’s, but the staff at this one are incredibly rude teenagers. Don’t bother asking them any questions because you will get an eye roll and an insulting response. What happened to customer service? I will not be returning."

"The items are ok, the customer service on the other hand… sucks. The young, blonde, white employee couldn't be more arrogant to me when I got there, laughing at me as I tried to make conversation and thinking she knew what was going on with my order before I even tried to explain (bc she wouldnt let me) but ended up giving me someone else's order when all I was trying to do was get money for my trade-in. Go you."

"They dont have much of a men's selection. And they are the most picky people I've ever met when it comes to clothes. Lol don't go in with two 55 gal bags of nice clothes. It better be designer clothing, even then they might take 2 and give you 9 dollars."

"Good selection of women's and mend apparel and shoes, but the employees are busy talking to each other and messing around. One make employee was really polite while stocking, but the rest of the employees were just gossiping. The shopping center is conveniently located and nice and clean."
