"Was in need for a last minute suit and Jelani was very helpful in finding me a suit that best fitted me. He was able to help as well with a really comfortable dress shirt. I was also super busy today so I came in 15-20 minutes before closing and I never felt rushed even though I barely finished shopping 1 or 2 minutes before closing. Jelani is the best! Thanks again!"

"This is a nice store with a nice selection of clothing. But don't expect good customer service here at this location. As another reviewer said, and it's true; the staff doesn't welcome you in upon entering or really engage you while you shop. The cashiers are often grumpy and somewhat rude and they never ever thank you for waiting after you wait in line a long time to purchase. I've been here many times and I always just experience mediocre service here. I only come back because esthetically its a nice store to shop in and because I have loved the Express brand for 20 plus years but the staff is not friendly at all."
