"The staff is awesome! I was doing an exchange 30 minutes before closing and none of the staff seemed to be annoyed or bothered. Everyone was friendly and I even got help picking out a shirt to match my shoes. Definitely my favorite location!!"

"I love the 21, but the one is river city is not my favorite at all!! No one acknowledges you upon entering the store. The manager is the worst. She has never once spoke, over the past few years a have seen her about 50+ times (I shop here a lot), and she really has never once spoke. I work in the customer service industry so to me that is a major pet peeve. Acknowledge and thank people for spending their money with you."
