"Recently visited this store, I live about 5 hours away was visiting family and no Tilly's in my area. This shirt was mixed in with all non damaged shirts all priced at 17.99. When I got home is when I noticed the damaged tag. Would've been nice if it was not blended in with all non damaged shirts or was informed it was damaged I would not have purchased it. When I called them they informed me they could not issue a refund or compensate me in any way, they told me to call customer service, where they told me the same thing. Error on their part but I'm the one that got ripped off. Beware of the store they treat their customers like s***."

"After nearly two weeks, I haven’t received my order and Tillys is not willing to say the package is lost until it’s been at least 3 weeks. I won’t be ordering from them again!"

"I purchased 2 hoodies from the tilly's website and they both arrived in what seems like child sizes... I went to return them, and the website hasn't even processed my order. I've contacted them via email 7 days in a row now and i haven't gotten a single response... and I've called everyday as well, and no one ever answers no matter how long you wait. This is a pathetic joke of a business and I would assume that teenagers run everything, because their website doesn't work and they have never responded to me. Also there is a $7 return fee... please save yourself and shop somewhere else."
