"Ladies just size you look at you from ahead to toe like your a weird creature ! Very uncomfortable and how is that you can’t go in the fitting room with your baby on the stroller ? Very rude"

"Got in there today at 8:40 and I was told the store was closed. Online it says 9pm and I drove 20 minutes to get here to find a specific item I loved. They let me in quickly to see if I find it. But honestly I didn’t feel welcomed and just felt pressured to leave as they were telling me it closed already."

"This store has nice clothes, which is why it was recommended. While shopping there my relative who is not from the states, purchased an overly-priced item. Once she cashed out (she paid in cash), she informed me and I was in shock at the price. We had not left the store and I asked the cashier (who only spoke Spanish) if they can refund the item. She called, (store lead Yudanni Rivas) who stated that there's a no-refund policy and showed me a sign. Understanding the situation, that we didn't even leave the store, the attention to Customer Service was extremely poor. She completely denied providing a refund because as she said "This is not her store." She even undermined me by saying to reach out to the mall, which has no relation to store policy. We really felt like we were judged by the color of our skin. The CUSTOMER SERVICE (poor service) at this store does not match the quality of the mall. Dadeland is a high-end mall and this store is like a flea market selling overly priced outfits. Mind you, there were items that were torn, dirty, and still on the rack at full price to sell. I really don't recommend coming to this location."

"I love the clothes but the customer service not so much. Ladies seem bothered by shoppers and no greeting. Also the prices went way up!! The ladies at the Southland mall shop are happy to see you and eager to help! Shout out to their manager at Steps at Southland Mall for better service and prices! Stop there before Dadeland."
