New Beginnings Animal Sanctuary

"I stopped by to donate a large bag of towels, in fact 2 garden bags filled with clean used towels, of all sizes I run a cleaning company and if they have any stain small or large I cannot use them. I asked if I could donate a couple of bags, the receptionist looked at me, and said " Just leave them here on the floor". she turned and walked away, not a thankyou or we appreciate it. Never donate to them again."

"They are very rude. They left me in the room for 20 mins with a dog then forgot that I was in there. There rude when you ask a question. They don’t know nothing about the dogs. I had one dog an he was biting my family an I called an they had an attitude when I asked to give the dog back. I refuse to get a dog there again."

"Horrible customer service. Im still standing here and they've looked at me but haven't said a word to me and I've been standing here for 10 minutes? Ehile some lady is at the counter and they're having a full out conversation. I am going to walk out and they will lose my business along with my associate's. Lost a potential sale"

"Kind of a misleading name. "New Beginnings" and "Sanctuary" would make one think that this is a shelter but it's actually just a veterinarian. I'm sure they provide great animal care but having that name and not being willing to provide an animal sanctuary or a new beginning is kind of crumby."
