"Poor customer service from the minute I walk in. My priority was to purchase some shorts which I found marked down to $16.99 I even asked one of the store associates and she clearly said it was the right price So I took advantage and got some t-shirts. On my way to check out the associates in the register informed me the shorts are not mark down at $16.99. I ask for a manager which it didn't make any difference at the end all she keep saying the associate made a mistake by saying that it was mark down at $16.99. At this point I was already disappointed of what was going on and I left everything I picked up in the register they lost over $210 just for the fact they didn't onnered a simple mistake. So we ended up going to nautica who'd had up to 70% off in store and Envy up to 40% off and Lego for the kids sorry no bargain here."

"First things first. The light skin girl was so sweet. But this is the worst experience I have had shopping at any guess store. Lady at the register was completely annoyed as if she wasn’t having her day. Basically murmuring like she don’t want to be at work. These type of people needs to STAY HOME. We don’t want to deal with your attitudes while we help to build your paycheck!!!! So sad that she represents a store I love to shop at."

"The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had a couple of dressing rooms available for use which were properly separated. And they had an employee there to sanitize each dressing room after every customer. I wish more stores would implement this practice!"
