"The shop is lovely and the customer service was fantastic while I was in the store. The shoes look and feel uber comfy during the in store experience but OH MY GAWD, I bought the Lower King Boot and while wearing them my toes kept going numb. So disappointing. I was so excited about these boots. I got them in red and they are super stylish but NOOOOOO cushioning. I was at a 2 hour event and the balls of my feet were screaming. I gave them a 2nd chance, and wore different socks...numb toes again and burning balls of feet. Couldn't wait to take them off. There's simply no cushioning under the ball of the foot. They are SOOOO uncomfortable. Damn shame. I did send an email regarding my experience and they didn't respond. Just an FYI, I live in Manhattan so walking is necessary. If you are someone who drives to and fro, and you are only on your feet for short periods, these might work out fine for you. Update: In August of 2023 I wore these shoes to dinner...no walking...cab, dinner. My feet went numb while sitting, eating my meal. I have NO idea how a shoe can be manufactured so poorly that it makes your feet fall asleep."

"Very, very disappointed with my purchase of Cannon wedge shoe. Wore for 40 minutes and bottom of my feet burn and a blister forming on little tie. Called customer service and also stated I was surprised as I just read on google, shoes are made in Mexico. I was told that was a negative comment. Told I must do a email to customer service and I said you are customer service and she hung up on me. NEVER will I ever go near this store in Naples again. I am now stuck with a $140 pair of shoes. Very disappointed and I will never hear back from them."
"I purchased my first pair of shoe here in May 2017. I get so many compliments on them and they are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I don’t hesitate to wear them when I know I’ll be walking for hours and on my feet all day. I love the way they look and am planning to visit the store soon for another pair. The quality of Charleston’s workmanship is unmatched."
