"BUYER BEWARE... Don't shop here during COVID-19. Dressing rooms are closed. They tell you that you can buy items, try them on at home, then return them if they don't fit, but then don't give you a refund or exchange when you bring them back. Even with the tag in the bag. All of the tags have to be on the garment, even if they were falling off when you purchased them. I could only return the items that I did not try on. My boyfriend was pretty upset and made a comment that the employee completely ignored. The employee was also clearly upset that I had a return. I won't buy from Lucky until their dressing rooms are open again."

"Customer service is outstanding! Staff is more than willing to show you every available style in your size and bring to the fitting room for you. The store is kept very clean and the specials are always great. Lucky is my all-time favorite jeans and I think everyone should own at least 1 pair! Soooo comfortable!!!"
