"After several phone calls (all to voicemail, I had to wait for a callback), finding out they were no longer on Constitution, requests for estimates via email (which I never received, despite my response with the type of cloth I wanted), Eric gave me a new address halfway across town that sill wasn't at the location he indicated. The address I was given (allegedly at Tuttle and Beneva) was a residence 1/2 mile away from the T&B intersection I was told to be at. I also went to this intersection, it was not at any of the four corners. This was after 2 weeks of trying to schedule an appointment. So, I decided, if they don't want my money, I won't give it to them. I bought a cheap lunch from one of the local dives (which was actually pretty good, go Webber's Hot Dogs!) and will save my $500 for Brooks Brothers off-the-rack or a local tailor."
