"It is a little disorganized. But that is because there are so many shoppers not returning merchandise to where they picked it up to begin with. There is quite an array of items to browse through which makes it fun to shop in Ross. I found some nice baby items I purchased for a baby shower at a very reasonable price. The employees are hard working, helpful and friendly."

"Terrible I can't believe what is happening to Ross!!! You used to be able to go there and pick up a dress for church or shoes and a purse, but not anymore they have garbage is all I can say. The few things they do have are made so cheap and look terrible I really believe they need to close there doors. I wo t go there anymore. "I will never shop at this store again! I bought a brush and it fell apart on firs use. Price tag still on brush . Could not find receipt - manager says will have to get 25% less for cost without receipt for cash , then asked if I could exchange it - put I still would only get 75% of cost towards the exchange - fine I will take the cash. Then they tried to give me a gift card for $2.99 instead of cash! I walked out with my broken brush and will try super glue - what a waste of time and energy and poor customer service -"
