"Worst experience at a Home Depot I have ever had. To the point where I don’t even want to shop at another Home Depot again, and will take my business to Lowe’s or Ace Hardware. I had about $500 worth of plants standing in line for about 10 minutes when a cashier says we are opening another line. Please come to this line 2 other people moved to that line and then I get behind them. I’m now the third person in line. The cashier checks out the two people ahead of me and then, as he’s finishing the woman in front of me tells me he’s now closing this line and can’t help me even though I’ve been standing there now for 10 minutes, So now a total of 20 minutes and have to go to the back of the other line that I was already previously in Which now has about 10 more people in it. Trash customer service, the absolute worst. I left my $500 worth of plants and walked out."
"This is a busy store! Well stocked. Only 1 thing I wish they would stop doing - putting stuff in the walkways. With so many people up front, a little less stuff would make it easier to move around other people."
"Went to home Depot to buy some wood paneling with my buddy Paul and contact paper for a for a drawer restoration and the woman in the counter told me that they didn't have any at 2 seconds after that. I looked at the shelf and it was plenty of it so we laughed about it. It was a good experience. I had a good time"
"Excellent staff! Always a great selection on things needed for my projects. Store is super clean and easy to find items. Even after the hurricane this store did a great job with having over stock of most needed items. Keep up the great work."
