"I was refused medication from kathy for my sick baby because of an insurance issue that was resolved months ago. I was told they would not fill it and was not offered a cash price. William is always a friendly nice young man that is always helpful."
"They did not have my prescription available upon leaving the hospital. I went into shock from blood loss, spent the night in hospital and came back for my prescription. Kelci or the young girl with the nose ring working at the pharmacy was extremely rude, not caring, not helpful. I watched her make multiple customers uncomfortable, and then me when asking for my prescription to be transferred. She needed help to look me up. Pharmacies are in the business of saving lives. No reason a teeny bopper who can’t work the machine, nor actually care about patients health should be working there. This is the last time I will ever use CVS pharmacy, and the last time I will ever recommended it to anyone."
