This was my first time in this wonderful boutique, and I'm not the easiest to fit, not a size 10, for sure, more of a generous XL!! Charlotte is a professional and really can choose what will work best with her customers! She nailed it perfectly for me, and this was the first time she had met me. I'll be back!!"

"Tried to just browse in the store. I was not in the store 1 minute and a blonde lady behind the corner asked me THREE TIMES if “I needed assistance?” I politely said no then she asked “is there anything in particular you are and for?” I again politely said “no I am just browsing” then 10 seconds later I picked up a Brighton purse and here she comes again “ are you familiar with Brighton purses?” I said “yes I am very familiar” and she goes on about “well I didn’t know if you really knew about them”. SERIOUSLY her constant aggressiveness to make a sale chased me out of the store. No sale made and ruined the beginning of my downtown Venice shopping day. Not returning."
