"Went to purchase something that was on sale and the employee rang up the item saying it’s regular price that it’s a wrong tag. There were other sizes in the clearance and those all said they were on sale too so how can that be. The worker then tried removing the sale sticker and I said don’t remove it let me speak to a manager. So ridiculous, American eagle/Aerie which is in the same mall even if a price rings up wrong they always honor the price it says in clearance. The manager did finally honor the price which if she didn’t this would be a one star review and wouldn’t have purchased the item at all. They definitely need better employees and not hassle you saying it’s regular price when the sticker says it’s on sale and it was in the sale section of the store."

It’s not everyday that you experience a shooting at a mall. You guys made sure that everyone was locked in the back of the store and safe. "Very poor customer service and no communication online. Made an online pick up order two weeks ago and received an email saying that one item one ready but the other wasn’t and that it would be in 3-5 business days. It has been another week and still haven’t received an email saying that my complete order was ready to pick up. I called the store and they just told me that it wasn’t ready and offered no assistance. When I placed the order it estimated it would be ready on the twenty fourth, that was almost a week ago. A waste of time."
