"Wonderful store! So clean! Went to fitting room and was helped very quickly and efficiently by a kind blonde girl. Cashiers were very friendly, especially the one who checked me out. Overall it was an amazing experience!"

"I have been shopping at the store on Tyrone Blvd for many years. I have never had a bad experience until this evening. When I got to the register a bag of treats I was trying to buy did not have a price tag. When I asked what she could do, the associate at the register told me, "Well, I don't have nobody to go back there". I could not purchase the item. When I asked the nice security guard if I could speak to the Manager she told me the manager was Andrea, the same unhelpful and rude associate who had rung me up at the register. I was appalled. "Obviously this store has great items at great prices. Yesterday I had to return to the store because when I got home I found a sensor on my clothes. Hey, this can happen especially with as many items as I purchased. The problem is that when I returned to the store, the guy at the door that welcomes people treated me like a thief. He's the Latin gentlemen. Never apologized, although it's an inconvenience and costs gas money to go back to the store. Instead he asks the cashier to check my receipt. Once they found the item on my receipt, they removed the sensor and handed me the item. Not a word from either of them to say "sorry for the inconvenience" so I looked him in his eyes and said "well, thank you." PLEASE SOMEBODY GIVE YOUR FOLKS THE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! #CustomerService101"

"Nice ross store. Too many different items. Open fitting rooms where you can try on the clothes before you buy them. Average waiting line. Parking lot oa big but busy due to too many stores that are close to each other. But the fitting rooms need more attention. door locks are not working and some do not exist at all at the fitting room. Also they are dirty and need more attention and repair."

"Lots of product, but very messy. Low staff, had to wait in line because there was only one register associate. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Fitting rooms close at a certain time each day so the two up front get backed up quick. 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️"
