"Wow! I tried a couple other shops so I wasn’t expecting much different but I was so wrong! I was blown away with the shop and staff here, I truly felt like a bride and a cared for customer at this appointment. It was private and comfortable. Every dress that was pulled was exactly my vision, it was great but definitely made it difficult to choose the one (not a bad problem to have of course), but I finally found a dress that was mine. "Kelly and Jackie are INCREDIBLE! I made an appointment at Tie the Knot back in August, knowing they had two specific dresses I thought might be “the one”. My entire experience was amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, truly listened to what I was looking for, and I did not feel pressure at all! After explaining my vision and what I thought was my ideal style dress, I was able to take my time to try on various dresses within my budget and really get a feel for each of them. They ended up pulling a dress from a designer I REALLY liked, but was not the style I thought I wanted. I absolutely fell in love with it and even cried… and I’m not a crier! Kelly and Jackie make a wonderful team and I could not have asked for a more perfect experience than what I had at Tie the Knot. I 1000/10 recommend booking an appointment with them!
