"As a past employee of Marshall’s, I can absolutely understand a busy day and a line, but this was really bad for a Saturday. Only 4 cashiers up front and a line so long, we chose to skip buying our items and leave. I will return as I do like this company, but I hope they can work out their long line problems, especially at such busy hours. I feel bad for the cashiers, they were working very hard."
"I visited Marshall’s for the first time on 01/01/23. Since moving from Ga. To Sanford 4 years now. And the store was amazing clean and organized. Just the customer service was awful no can I help you or nothing. Asked the other customers but not me. I felt some type of way about that. Even though I didn’t need any help. They had a lot of great markdowns. And the lines was so long and the cashiers was having a full conversation with each other taking their time. And the cashier I had never asked me if I found everything okay or did I wanted to sign up for the Card at all just keep talking to the associate next to her very unprofessional. This was my first time visit wow not a good one at all. Customers Service has went down since the world is changing."
