"Had a very disappointing trip in yesterday. Came in at 7:45pm hoping to pick up a few pairs with cast member appreciation week going on. Store was empty outside of one other person. 2 artists working at the art table and one sitting texting thru her watch. No ‘hello, what can I help you with?’ Or anything of that nature. I proceeded to show myself to the section I was looking for and wanted to try on a few pairs to find the size I’d need. Still no one helping anyone. Pulled out the bench and tried on a few pairs and was close to finding what I wanted but definitely could have used the help. Ended up just leaving with nothing. Would have been an easy three pair sale, 2 of which would have had art done too. Finally got a ‘have good evening’ from the texter on the way out. Really made me feel appreciated as a cast member during our appreciation week. Guess I’ll just go to another brand."

"Sanuk is a canvas shoe company that makes a couple different types of shoes. Their canvas shoes are customizable. There is a hefty book to look thru for various designs or you can request a custom design. Their flip flops are super soft and comfortable."
