"Just a note to thank Hannah and the store owner (sorry I did not get his name) for the exceptional service I received at Shoe Biz in Lady Lake, FL. on Jan 5, 2024. I am from Pennsylvania and stopped in Shoe Biz Jan 4. I noticed they sold Brighton jewelry. My husband passed away in July, 2022 and I spent our 55 th anniversary alone in Berlin, Maryland. While there I purchased a Brighton locket which could contain 2 small pictures. When I got home I tried to insert 2 pictures but could not get them in correctly. On Thursday I asked employees of Shoe Biz if they could insert pictures for me and they were very willing to help, even though I did not purchase the necklace there. I returned the next day and Hannah worked on getting my pictures in the locket. The first try was good but not perfect but would have been fine. The owner looked at it and said he was not satisfied with how they looked (there was some white space showing in the pictures) and he redid the locket. It was perfect when he finished. I love it. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and great job. I was thrilled to have my locket completed. It is a wonderful symbol of our marriage and love and I will wear it proudly. Whenever I want to buy more Brighton jewelry I will order it from Shoe Biz. Thank you. Marlene W."
