"I have walked by the store at least once a week for 6 months now. Thinking that they had nothing that I would be able to wear due to my size. I was finally able to go in this past Friday. Much to my surprise they were able to help me be fitted properly for a bra. I have been fitted by other places and never had this level of help. They have beautiful bras in my size. More importantly the staff was super friendly and helpful and also very encouraging. What a great shopping experience they provide."

"The product line at Soma is devine!! I have been seeing advertisements for Soma for years but was reluctant to order intimate apparel without seeing it or trying it on. Also, in light of the fact that I have recently lost weight I needed help with measuring and a professional fitting. So, I was delighted to discover there is a brick and mortar location close to home. Unfortunately, the manager was not that helpful, and worse, she was incredibly rude to the salesperson, Helen. On the positive side Helen was cheerful and able to help me find a couple of comfortable, attractive bras. When we went to ring the bras up the manager yelled at Helen and said she (Helen) could not use the register at that time which was very awkward. I almost walked out but I choose to be kind and asked Helen to show me some more "sale items". I found a nightgown and spent just over $200. I am happy with my purchases and the salesperson named Helen. The manager made the overall experience uncomfortable."
