"My wife and I visited the Kohl's store Lutz location for after holiday sales. The store was very clean and had a very good selection of merchandise available. We were able to find the clothing and electronics we needed. When we required assistance, staff members were readily available. It was an enjoyable shopping experience."

"This store is so disorganized. Clothing all over the floor and hanging off racks. You can never find an employee for help. Yesterday, when I asked a cashier to help she held up her finger bc she was on her cellphone, hiding out behind the home decor. I was there for Christmas gifts and it was not even busy, so I am uncertain as to why it's so messy. Possibly bc the staff is not doing what they are supposed to?!"

You can tell she’s an employee who truly cares about customer experience. It was such a pleasant experience and one that stood out I just thought I’d come on here and tell her how much I appreciate her."

"Can usually find what I'm looking for... but be careful when stuff rings up that it's ringing up the sale that's advertised. I saved myself $40 on 2 pairs of shorts for my son all because of the sign that was posted. I had to go take pictures myself because the cashier was telling me that they were not on the sale. I told her everything on that rack was all the same brand and the sign above said 29.99 with no brands or exclusion on the sign."
