"I have been a regular customer of Burlington for a long time and today, even though I was not feeling well, I spent a lot of time doing my Christmas shopping , around 3 hours, since it was my only day off this week, but I had to pick up my son from school, and I respectfully asked the manager to please put my cart aside for half an hour to return and pay for it, it was a very big purchase and I spent a lot of time to do it so I could have gifts for my family and friends for Christmas, but the Manager flatly refused, he said he had no space, please, a store as big as Burlington, I found it in very bad taste that he did not do me the favor of keeping my shopping cart for only half an hour, what a bad customer service, I know you are selling a lot on this date but during the whole year I have also been buying from you because I am from the neighborhood, please review your customer service policies because it is not just selling and that's it. "In Gainesville, a very low volume strip mall area. Good location not a lot of traffic. Large store, with good selection of products and clothing. Some markdown items, but you have to look around and see what they have. Overall a nice place to stop and see what they have."

"We visited Burlington twice during November for winter wear and during February for some gym wear. They have great collection within a reasonable price range and have discounts during certain seasons. There are separate lanes for kids, men, women with lanes for tops, bottoms, jackets, overcoats, dresses, bags, kitchen sets, home decor, footwear, etc! You will definitely explore each section if you like going through fancy home and kitchen decor."
