"Be careful when doing exchanges at the store. I exchanged a t-shirt that I ordered online at this store and was told I would be given the same prices as what I paid online but I was lied to. I was told the reason I didn’t receive the same price was due to me using points. And was not given the receipt for the return until after the return and then rebuy was complete. After looking at the return receipt it clearly shows the reason my shirt was less when returned was due to a coupon used which gave 51 percent off. This receipt wasn’t given to me until after the return and purchase was completed on purpose so that I could not argue until after I had already bought the shirt. This is why I hate shopping and returning in store with old navy always the worst customer service imaginable."

"Will deliberately talk in front of you after you asked him some thing and it’s kind of insulting and very unprofessional, especially the team leader she tolerate that it’s not nice to show this gesture to your customer. Remember, your customer is not a bagger you don’t treat them like poor you should treat them with respect nicely and professionally and not to gossip inside a store. Hopefully Dan Management would give them some training how to do a customer Service how to treat your customer nicely."

"Ordered online because I don't have a store near me. Ordered maternity leggings and they're horrible pants - they're stiff, the sizing is completely off, they are about 2 sizes smaller and there is nothing old navy will do, other than return it but my mistake, I washed it thinking it would help the stiff pants so no return or accommodation allowed. DONT ORDER MATERNITY, WASTE OF MONEY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"I really like Old Navy! I love it when they have great sales and the coupins. They were very busy and the line was long!!! The store was very messy but the customers are coming in and throwing stuff all over the place and that is NOT the employees fault by no means!"
