"We visited this store on our vacation to the beach and as much as I loved the store itself and the merchandise we were less than impressed with the staff. Like others have stated as soon as we walked in we were hardly greeted but given the “up/down” look instead by 2 out of the 3 staff working. They never said a word to us while we shopped but instead stared and whispered to each other. Once we were ready to purchase our items and placed them on the counter the cashier never said a word to us. It was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Not sure what was going on but it was almost as if you could feel the tension right when you walk in the door. We’ve already booked our same vacation for next year and we have agreed that will definitely not be making the stop in this store next year."

All the employees are great but the manager, Ali is absolutely phenomenal. She goes above and beyond every time to help me find exactly what I’m lookin for. "My mother & I stopped in last week while on vacation to pick up a few gifts. We were greeted when we entered the store by 2 associates who seemed to be having a conversation & both of them looked us up & down as if checking to see if we were “worthy” of shopping there. Less than 5 minutes later one of them asked if we had found anything. Very awkward & uncomfortable. I purchased the one item I had in my hand & we left & purchased our gifts from Duckies instead, where we were treated like valued customers. We visit Seaside every time we are in the area but I will never step foot in Bump & Baby again! No wonder it was the only shop during the busy season that did not have any other customers inside while we were there."
