"This is a Christmas Day review. My dog had some diarrhea I waited for 10 hours but to be fair there were a lot of sick emergent situations that the hospital faced which in that case I was amazed at the rapid intake of the sick animals. Of course diarrhea will come after a stroke or life threatening emergency. I’m a nurse and I was happy that an ER will take serious cases in immediately. Dr Katia Estévez took care of my Rio and she was excellent . You can tell she loves her job thank you Dr you helped my rio feel better !"

"GREAT PET HOSPITAL!!!! Our dog, Jack, broke his leg very bad. We were quoted a price of $7,500 at our vet in Naples! MVS was able to do the surgery for a lot less and Jack got the BEST of care! The doctor and staff were amazing! They kept us updated thru out Jack's 2 day stay and surgery. They answered all of our questions and were so gentle and caring. The hospital itself was clean and spacious. We were very impresses with this hospital! Hopefully Jack doesn't need to go into the pet hospital again, but if it was needed, I would 100% drive 2 hours over to Miami to MVS!!!! Thank you!!!! - Jamie/Alex"

"Honestly, I worked at a Veterinary Clinic so my rating is fully based on the care my baby received after being trampled by a neighbors dog that is about 5 times her weight. I can’t complain about the treatment that she got and I understand why they take the pets to the back for the doctor to examine and I also understand the doctors short time in the room. However, I must say they took forever to examine her we arrived around 7:30pm on a Saturday evening. I get it they have many patients at once, but seriously they passed us into a room around 10pm and from there it was about forty minutes before they entered my baby back for examination. Then the doctor came and as I said I worked for years at a vet clinic so I know what he said to me and I was like yes we can go ahead and do the x-rays. Then the tech came right after with the estimate for us to approve, which I knew was going to be expensive because it’s an emergency hospital. Then it was two hours waiting for the x-ray results. We left the hospital around 2:30am on Sunday. So that’s my only real complain. But now it’s now been a week and my baby is doing much better so I believe the care was good. Props to Dr. Anderson and his team including the front desk and techs."

"The front staff is amazing, caring, sweet and accommodating. The nurses really take time to answer all questions. I only wish they told me, before my dog’s surgery, that 3 months recovery meant bringing the dog weekly for follow ups and bandage changes. It will be a good reminder since surgeries are común to them in a hospital but not to some patients that have not ever experienced it. I live far away and I thought it was going to be a monthly thing. It’s nice to have a “what to expect sheet”. Otherwise everyone is amazing."

"Since my first call at 3:00 am in the morning the staff was vey caring and helpful. The vet tech was super kind and Dr. Garcia AMAZING!!!! He talked to us explaining what is going on, and they all took great care of Musa. Please thank your staff as dealing with pawrents that are worried is not an easy task and they show patience, empathy and real concern."
