"I get the hygiene issues however, there should be someway to try certain things on to verify they fit properly or there should be someway to return an item or get some form of compensation on items that do not fit if they refuse to allow a fitting. These items are quite expensive, even Victoria’s Secret allows you to try stuff on and so do swimwear companies allow you to try stuff on that is also a hygiene issue so most people are going to wash whatever it is they are buying before they wear it anyway or they should. I will buy my stuff elsewhere."

"My husband and I went there the first full week of December. The front half of the store is a smoke shop, and the back half is an adult store. There was a man and woman who treated us very kindly and polite! My husband and I just wanted to gaze at their wide selection of adult toys and we enjoyed wonderful conversations with the two people behind the counters. The shelves where stocked FULL of hookas, glass pieces, gummies, adult toys galore, vape juice. Pretty much a one stop shop... However, when I returned a few weeks later, I was looking for some vape juice. I'm new to the area, and not many options for stores open in the area during that particular time of night. When I went in the same guy was there, but the second person on staff was a different woman. She had red hair in a pony tail. The guy recognized me and gave me a smile and tried to help me with the juice selection. We had a question about Salt Nic juices. When he asked the other girl who was with him on staff that night about the salt nic selection, she walks over to us. She took one look at me and said "Oh, we don't have our 'TABACCO LISCENCE' and that's why we don't sell Hookas, pieces, or any other Tobacco products" Yet they had all of those products on the shelves and displayed for purchase.... The guy on staff looked at her with confusion and turned to me and apologized. I kindly thanked him and told them I would take my buissness elsewhere. I found a different shop who happily sold me what I was looking for. If you see the short red headed woman, don't shop there. She judged me based on appearance. NOT a good buissness practice!"

"First of all I love this store. All locations are amazing and staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I had bought a lovense hyphy from there and it unfortunately broke. With the help of Jerry he actually located my receipt for me and totally handled the entire situation for me and literally within 3 days of contact I have a new lovense hyphy waiting for me to pick up at the store! They really went above and beyond for me and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for high quality novelty items with an amazing staff to check this place out. It’s well worth your time!"
