"I am a former employee and this is the second time I have shopped here since quitting. I went in tonight with my daughter to shop for a homecoming dress. The music was already off, which as a former employee I know is a no-no. The fitting rooms were closed so my daughter couldn’t even try on dresses. The store looked a hot mess. I believe only two employees were working. One at the counter acknowledged us in passing. The other glanced at us then completely ignored us not bothering to ask if we needed help. Very sad to see the store in this state. Will be going elsewhere to buy dresses for all upcoming events."

"Last time I went here, I bought a dress which I didn’t notice had some make up stains and problem with threading so I wanted to return it the next day. Was told that I could not return it because I payed with contactless and they didn’t have it set up in the system so i couldn’t get a refund or even store credit. What’s ridiculous is that the day I bought the dress, I was not told that I could not pay with just tap and because of that I couldn’t get the money back. I explained that very well and I was given the explanation that the money didn’t go to Windsor because they didn’t have that set up in the system… honestly super frustrated with the employees here so your best bet is to order online"

"I've been here a handful of times and every visit the service is unmatched. From the moment I walk into the store, the warm greeting, assistance, suggestions and overall shopping experience is top tier. Yesterday I was super indecisive about which heels to purchase with my dress and the associate was very helpful, offering her genuine opinion and patience. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out. I came in today and Tia took care of me. She's amazing! Her energy and enthusiasm is awesome. Definitely coming back, they make it so easy to feel welcomed :)"
