"First off this was my first time shopping at city gear for my kids I usually got kids footlocker or finish line they gave two right shows , then I had to drive a hr to return them just for them to say they don’t have them in STOCK, so I ask could they ship them to my home address because I wasn’t making another trip then they tried to charge me a shipping fee for a childish mistake they made on their side so after all of that I ask for a full refund they would not give my money back gave me a GIFT CARD!"
"I came and purchased some shoes and I had 1 shoe 8.5 and the other was 12. The girl that helped me didn't apologize for the mishap when I came all the way back to the store. I buy all the time, and the last few times I sat and waited for someone to help me. Poor customer service and very slow."
