"Discriminates against pit bulls. Initially chose there a few years ago because they welcomed them. Soon as i Walked in we were treated like we were some type Of threat. He didn’t even want to walk in the door showing 0 signs of aggressiveness was in the ground scared had to drag him in the room. Real professional, but what do you expect out of a bunch of overweight cat ladies. Then a super awkward inexperienced vet tech came in seemed like her first day on the job and took my Dog into the back and left us in the room. I’ve never been to a vet where they take your animal from you and leave you in a room alone, imagine a doctor taking your child in the back without you and telling you to stay here, I don’t think so. I asked the DR why they did that and she got upset and defensive I asked, like it was a normal practice, that’s not how it went last time I was there. I suggested I help as he is very strong and get excited around strangers but the “first day in the job” tech did not listen. I ended up having to go get him back because just like I suggested, he was too strong and I could Hear them struggling with him. They told us to find another vet, only after selling us on stool tests. Use to be a good place, is not the same. If you have a dog bigger than a tea cup poodle I would suggest a different vet as none of them are in good enough physical shape to handle anything bigger than a pug."

"I've been bringing my Chihuahua Terrier mix breed to this vet for about two years. I will say that you will receive great service from the doctor here. The staff is extra friendly. Especially Joanna. She's the best! She gets you in and taken care of with no issues at all. Cost wise I must say it really depends on your pets needs. It's by no means cheap but you already know the cost of owning a pet. It's nothing but the best for my Audrey "Mama". She's a senior now so she needs extra loving and Sabal Palm offers exceptional care."
