"Shouldn’t receive any stars at all. Our dog has not been the same since being groomed there and their “ store manager” is horrible. Worst customer service and does not know how to even talk to customers- who the hell tells their customer “what would you like me to do hunny”. Brittany tried helping us before this managers call- all we wanted was answers to see what exactly happened. Will definitely never be back!"
"Worst grooming experience ever. They took my cat, after 30 minutes they called me to come get him because apparently he was not behaving which is not the case for the past 7 years. I felt heartbroken to see they did not only cut 20 percent of him and cut his skin in multiple places. When I went there to pick him up they had already moved to another pet and told me to come back another day."

"Worst grooming ever. I took my dog yesterday for a haircut, nail trim, teeth clean and bath,My appointment was at 4:00pm, I waited 30 min after my appointment, because the groomer Isabella was not there. They told me to come back around 6:30pm; so I send my son to pick her up. When she arrived home her Hair cut it's not smooth, a lot of imperfections, and long hair uncut. Teeth doesn't look clean. Spend a lot of money for a crappie service. I will not recomend the groomer, she didn't do a good job."
