Steele was more worried about credit card fraud than my sick dog! (Not that they had EVER had a problem with charging my card & getting payment before.) They said they only way they would see him was with CASH. (Which, without me there, was impossible). This left me searching for an alternative immediate veterinarian. The first place I called was booked full, but made a recommendation for Treasure Island Animal Hospital. We are now ESTABLISHED clients at Treasure Island - where they care about pets - not money."
