"Push the wellness plan too much. You have to drop your dog off so you can’t even stay or ask questions. Process and office is very cold and the lady at the front seems so uninterested like she hates her job. Overall just not a great experience."

"This Banfield location is particularly terrible. They will tell you it's a drop off appointment, then call in 15 minutes to have you come back. Next time they tell you it's not a drop off appointment, then tell you to come back in 3 hours because they are too busy. Will call and confirm a different appointment time than booked. It's just a mess overall and I don't feel like we get quality care here."

"Never! Take your animals here they could care less about you. All they want is your money! They take on way to many dogs. They can’t even handle it. I wait two hours past my appointment with my anxious dog finally being told we would be seen shortly another 45 minutes to by now at three hours. Still not seen only to finally be taken back to them saying he won’t let them do anything he’s to anxious. Mind you of course he is we’ve been sitting outside the vet for three hours. Sent us home with medicine for him to be calm and promised the 3:00 app would be best. I waited 45 minutes as my dog started to grow anxious waited 15 more to be told they were behind again. This is not fair. Not only does it make my 90 pound husky anxious but me having to wait and hold him for hours is exhausting. I’ve wasted two days off lost money but they have no problem charging you of course and won’t refund. I have stopped charges from this vet with my bank and filed a dispute. I’m also contacting the BBB."

"This is an excellent Banfield. Dr Corroa and nurse Sonia were very thorough, patient and kind to my Dolly and me! Thanks for your wonderful care!"

"I left this place because of the new Spanish doctor, I even don't know her name she talked with us not introducing herself, she actually replaced Dr Bedford who was the best at banfield. Dr Bedford took care of our dog ginger who has pancreatitis, she gave me a treatment that kept her in line without flares, well the new Spanish Doc decided to take her off this treatment!!, cause she think she knows better my dog than myself!!!!, anyway the staff is very friendly always helpful and ginger love them, Sonia and the whole staff are amazing I just decided to leave this place because of the new Doc"
