Some places you go in and feel judged as a dog parent but not here. Everyone is friendly and are willing to answer any questions you have. They’re more than happy to help you. 10/10 recommend bringing your pooch here, it’s a nice well maintained facility."

"Found a box of kittens left at a rest stop on 75 on way to Del Ray. Tried to drop off at this place and was told "we don't do rescues"... well I know nothing about 1/2 dead kittens and was turned away by people who would know what to do and handed a piece of paper to call around on a Saturday night... apparently they don't care about animals to leave them with me who has no idea what to do with them. I am not a rescue either and have zero experience with these critters. Edit to add a response to their/your response: I am not a rescue and have ZERO experience, as I stated. At least a vet has MORE than me. So I guess you are saying I should have left them on the side of the road to die? I stand by my comment. I am LESS equipped to deal with it than anyone else. You could have done something other than hand me a piece of paper and say "deal with it". No food, no litter box. I live in another country. Your response is terrible and people should know."
