To thoroughly cover everything they have done for me would require a novel, so I will simply say, they've gone above and beyond to help me, educate me, and make me feel at ease. 10/10 recommend!"

"Amazing experience. We came in today to get new glasses for my husband. Visiting SPECS was on our errands list and I certainly was not expecting to have so many laughs. The woman that helped us, I regret I did not get her name, but she was so kind, funny, and detail oriented. She remembered me from a visit I had to get my glasses adjusted over a year ago. She took her time to not only set him up with new glasses, but adjust his existing ones so he could have a well fitting pair until his new ones come in. I am currently pregnant due to deliver any day and she shared today was her birthday and it would be a great date to deliver. As we were getting ready to leave, she handed a me a piece of her own birthday cake. Mind blown. She is the epitome of good customer service. She is an absolute sweetheart and I wish there were more people in this world like her! SPECS you have someone special and all your clients are lucky to helped by her!"

"I absolutely love this place! This is the first eye doctor I’ve ever been to where every single staff member is amazing! Dani helped me with my insurance and Angela helped me with my glasses (and she didn’t yell at me for asking too many questions)!! Cassandra was the absolute sweetest even though I had NO appointment, she helped me through the process for easy appointment access for future appointments! I can order contacts through them directly through an app now! Which is really convenient because I order for only 90 days at a time. I also saw Dr. Camargo who was the most professional eye doctor and actually listened to my questions about Lasik eye surgery! And said she could refer me if I ever was interested instead of ignoring me. Love this place!"

"Always have a great experience when I go here - tonight I walked in without an appointment expecting to shuffle through lenses by myself and within minutes I had Sharon with me helping me pick frames, going through my insurance with me, working overtime to get me sorted. I didn’t expect anyone to go above and beyond for me as I walked in at 5.30pm when they were due to close at 6pm. You can tell the team are well looked after and genuinely enjoy giving brilliant customer service. Highly recommend."
